The shake is quite creamy for me, so I usually add a little more water to achieve my preferred consistency. I am currently practicing intermittent fasting, and this shake serves as my first meal of the day. For a week, I have already noticed that my bloating has reduced, which makes me even happier with this purchase.

The Mango Lassie shakes are delicious. I add a little bit of ice at the bottom then use oatmeal milk and add two scoops. It’s very smooth and creamy. Sometimes I add raspberries or blackberries and it changes the taste a little bit but it’s still delicious.

I love this and will purchase again! The flavor is not too overpowering which I prefer - I find that other brands have protein powders that are overly sweet. Just keep in mind that each packet has a lot of powder so you need a good amount to liquid. It is thick.

I enjoy the variety of flavours in these shakes! But what I love the most is that they fill you up sooo much more than other brands I've tried. So although they are a little more pricy than some others, they are worth it!
